Reminder To Submit Your Project For Judging Before 1PM (Deadline)

Hi all,

Today is the day! Submissions close at 1PM and judging starts at 1:40PM. There won't be any extensions of the deadline.

How to submit on devpost:

  • Note that only one person on the team should do this
  • Navigate to "My projects" tab and you will see a button to "Create/Start/Edit a project"
  • Invite your team members using the email they used to register on devpost
  • Team members should accept invites through their emails
  • The you proceed with submission (save after each process)
  • About the project (Inspiration, What it does, How we built it, Challenges we ran into, Accomplishments that we're proud of, What we learned, )
  • Built with - tools and languages used
  • Project Repository - GitHub, GitLab or BitBucket (add link to "Try it out" section)
  • Project Demo Video (add link to "Try it out" section)
  • Project Presentation Slides (add link to "Try it out" section)
  • Project Demo Link e.g deployed web app URL (add link to "Try it out" section)
  • Any additional documentations (design assets--if applicable, research, case study, design document, etc)
  • All team members should add their contribution to the project (to do this check the email you receive from devpost when the person submiting for your team adds your email to the project.

The submission will close at 1:00PN today.

All teams need to be physically on campus at ALU for Round One and Round Two Judging starting at 1 PM. Please ensure your whole team is here.
